I do have IMAP activated for Gmail. Gmail IMAP works for the 'inbox' and folders for each of my tags. However, there's also a folder structure that starts with [GMAIL] that gets an error. Am I missing something?
I swear someone at google is reading through jaiku and deliberately holding off on adding imap to my gmail a/c to piss me off (and doing a good job at it)

Same here.
Have it enabled on my iPhone too, though I get an error about syncing the [GMAIL] folder. Other folders (inbox, etc) all seem to work.
