I had that problem with my first N95 which I connected to my N800. It just kept restarting all the time. I took the N95 back to T-Mobile and they gave me a new one, since then no problems.

N95-1 resets once in a blue moon. Yea Nseries!

The n73 was bullet proof ... N95 not so much so... though the 3 is considerably better than the 1
